    I actually had gotten away from having my car serviced at the dealership. Instead I had been using other car service places because I had to wait 2 hrs or so just for an oil change. However I was really surprised that was not the case on my last visit. I even had my car's state inspection done along with oil change and tire rotation and was out in less than an hour and a half. I was thrilled!

    Excellent sales, finance, and service. I knew what I wanted and Dale didn't try to show me other cars. The finance department was helpful with the extended warranty and gap insurance. The vehicle has been serviced twice. The second time was put through the warranty and the Used Car Department picked up the deductible. Emile gave me a complimentary one day rental since the repair hours weren't long enough for the warranty to cover. I can not wait to purchase another vehicle. I have never had this great of an experience with the other dealership I used. I will be buying another vehicle.

    I brought my vehicle in for ac servicing. As part of Tascas service several inspections of the vehicle mechanics are completed free of charge. I “received” an acceptable inspection on the vehicles swaybar links. Three days prior to bringing my vehicle to Tasca I replaced the front brakes and noticed both swaybar links were broken. It was quite apparent that the service dept never looked at them and just checked the box. Upon receiving my vehicle service report and realized this egregious error I looked at my fluids which were to be topped off. My windshield fluid was half empty. Another erroneous checkbox on the service report. It’s obvious the service they indicated was completed did not occur so how am I to feel confident the ac work completed and charged was accurate. Tascas integrity is in question. You could not possibly know how very disappointed I am with Tasca. I will not recommend Tasca to anyone. Very disappointed.

    It is our fourth Buick from Tasca Buick (two in one day)... that speaks volumes! I am waiting for my All Weather Floor Liners to arrive however.
