On time accurate pricing
Mike and the team snuck me in on less than 24 hours notice. My inspection was up and I was in danger of having my registration suspended due to a failed inspection(check engine light). Not only did the team repair my car and get me ready for re-inspection, but mike did research and found that the part was covered under warranty and my total due at checkout was ZERO!!!! Dale went above and beyond for me when searching for a new car. We were pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering the dealership, and were continually asked if we needed anything. I had a great experience with the service department at Tasca. Jesse kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and was always quick to answer my questions. My vehicle needed extensive transmission repairs, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with my warranty company to make the process as smooth as possible. I also really appreciated the dealership waiving my rental fee while my vehicle was being repaired. Customer service like that goes a long way. Sandy our salesperson made our buying experience a relaxing easy very knowledgeable regarding our GMC Denali pre-owned 2018 that looked and drove like a 2026! The car was absolutely clean outside and in with NO dings at all. Nice to see and drive a pre-owned car that looked so new. It had all the bells and whistles we were looking for, it had everything! Arrived at the dealership a little early for my first oil change service and they greeted me right away and said they would get right to it. Told me there was coffee in the waiting lounge. Next thing I knew car was headed into get serviced and within 1/2 hr car was back and they also changed my windshield wipers and without even asking told me I had gm points and it covered the wipers and installation . I give them 5 stars!!

Good service
Car broke down on a Friday, other garages were a week out on appointments. Tasca took my car in that following Monday. Needing my car, their quickness to take my car in was greatly appreciated.
