As a female, it is sometimes difficult to be treated properly in a car buying situation,but this situation was great ! Salesman was straight forward and not pushy. More than accommodating for an overnight test drive. They would not flex on the price but did give me a discount on the warranty. This is the second car I’ve bought from tasca, and will probably be back there in a few years to replace my wife’s car. There are a few minor issues I’ve found and am going to reach out to see if they will work with me. I’ll post an updated review after that

These guys do a really good job. I only needed an oil change and I was in and out in little more than an hour.
I went in for an oil change and airbag recall to be fixed. The scheduler had told me that my appointment was for 1pm and when I got there they told me that they had seen my appointment for 9:15am that day. They said that they understand the situation and where able to take me at the time I was told to be there. They were professional and friendly and completed the work without a problem and also gave me a gift certificate for a free car wash. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks guys!!
Only had an inspection done. But was completed when promised and they even through in an air freshener.
These men were happy to help without any problems. Unfortunately I bought my car at another dealer that wasn't customer service friendly ( Station GMC Mansfield) because Tasca didn't have what we were looking for at the time. This was the first time I literally had a hassle free experience at a dealership. No pressure. No hounding. I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past and never had an issue, which is why I'm a returning customer.
The process went well. Checked out my truck, left and had to return, since the issue wasn't resolved. However, the company was able to resolve issues the next day.

I have always had great experiences within the Tasca dealerships whether it is sales or service.
My car was having issues starting. It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,000 miles and under 3 years old.
I was then told that I had to pay out of pocket because my car was not giving any codes my factory warranty would not cover the replacement battery. Yet despite no codes I was informed by the service department that my battery is about to fail.
