Making the decision to return to TASCA BUICK Woonsocket for my 2nd car purchase was a smart move on my part. My sales person, Randy W, for the 2nd time now, represented his customer 1st during the sale negotiation. His product knowledge, his patience, honesty and placing the customer over the sales transaction using transparency & fairness all seems to be his ethos. I love the vehicle, as Buick makes a car that for the price, seems an incredible value play in today's market place that's hard to beat. The service team is attentive and the business office tasks were accurate and timely. I'll DEFINATELY be back for a 3rd purchase when its time to upgrade...I believe I've found my 'forever' auto dealership! Using my own honesty and transparency here for a minute folks, the snacks and coffee center could use some freshening up 🫡 Thanks TASCA, See ya when the 28's are rolled out !

Dale went above and beyond for me when searching for a new car. We were pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering the dealership, and were continually asked if we needed anything. He made sure we were happy and comfortable the entire time. Dale made sure to answer any questions we had and kept our minds at ease during the whole process.

I had a great experience with the service department at Tasca. Jesse kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and was always quick to answer my questions. My vehicle needed extensive transmission repairs, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with my warranty company to make the process as smooth as possible. I also really appreciated the dealership waiving my rental fee while my vehicle was being repaired. Customer service like that goes a long way.
