Car broke down on a Friday, other garages were a week out on appointments. Tasca took my car in that following Monday. Needing my car, their quickness to take my car in was greatly appreciated.

My experience with Taca was great. Dayle My sales person was very informative, & very patient. He helped me to set up my Bluetooth and the my Buick app. A couple of other sales people who are working that day came over to congratulate me on my new purchase. They made me feel like I was part of the family. I am enjoying my new SUV. I am especially surprised at the power behind the three cylinder turbo engine. The service was very kind and informative.

Enjoyed the purchasing process and dealing with my salesman, Randy Williams. The facility was clean & organized, and coming from 30 minutes away in CT to purchase a specific vehicle they had on lot was pretty much a breeze (despite a delay on my end waiting for a check in the mail for my down payment).

Dale was amazing, friendly and very easy to deal with. I went in on a Sunday and got me a deal I couldn’t pass. Fell in love with the truck that I test drove. Dale made the process so easy that I didn’t even have to lift a finger. He’s great went above and beyond and deserves a bonus in my eyes. I’m all about customer service and he checked all the boxes. I will back again to this location for my next future truck for sure.

I was assisted by Randy Williams who was professional and patient while understanding my hopes for a good value and successful transaction.
